Tutor’s confusing comments

I am disabled student I failed resit assessment and I was never offered a proof reader. I have passed other assignments though. My tutors remarks were that I have meet the learning out come but down the bottom of the comments she said I have failed. I asked why would she repeatedly said I have met learning outcome and I have made changes to my previous assessment? She said I did not meet the learning outcome when I pointed out that she said in the comments she said apologise that was an error when I asked her why she repeatedly said I have met the learning outcomes she changed and said whist I have met the learning outcomes they were not fully addressed. I want to appeal due to lack of proof reader and the tutors comments. I was anlso diagnosed with an a new illness few days before submission. Any one know if I have a chance of appeal.
