Combined science- i recommend using textbooks, making flashcards, DRAWING NOTES OUT (helps you visualise it SO much better)
Maths- Flash cards for stuff like set notation and exact sine/cosine/etc. values, and honestly just practice papers- take note of questions you get wrong! (and do the papers now, so you can redo them closer to GCSEs and feel so good about your improvement
English lit- quotes, draw out a character and write all the quotes/ themes you can remember and associate with them!
English lang- make list of techniques you can use in your writing aspect
RS- flashcards, lists of quotes
French- I think you get a booklet of all the words you need to know at some point? make flashcards of every word that you dont immediately know and test test test (I made a spreadsheet and once i got the words right 5/10 times in a row i retired the card from regular practice. Also make notes of verbs and stuff
