School’s care

Had a risk assessment done cos I’ve had a second seizure, transitioning to college after leaving school. Seizures began in the last academic school year. The college asked me how I would be travelling there when I start, told them my father will be taking me in by car for my first week but after then I will be getting a public bus and they asked me where I would get this bus from (where I live) and that they needed to know this because when I am on the bus I am in the care of the college and this stands until I get off the bus when going back home after the school day. Apparently if I was to suffer a seizure on the bus I would be in the college’s care and not my parent’s care and the bus company would ring the college and inform them that one of their students (me) has had a seizure on their bus (state their bus number) and ask what to do/inform them, also the bus passes have our names, bus pass number and college name on therefore this is how a bus driver would identify me. Is this correct that I am in the college’s care as soon as I get on the bus to go to college from where I live until as soon as I get off the bus at my house after college has finished? This is what my course teacher/tutor told me and also health and safety officer as well? I thought I would only be in the college’s care only when I am in the building itself?
That's for your parents to sort out with the college, not you.
