Hi I want to ask

am i doing english gcse i want to do it to get grade 4
I've already done functional skills but it says I'll be doing level 2 English functional skills it doesn't say gcse I know it's equivalent but I want to do gcse so now am confused can anyone explain to me pls thankss

When you say "it says I'll be doing level 2 English functional skills", to what does "it" refer?

If you want to take an actual GCSE, rather than something equivalent to a GCSE, then talk to whichever organisation is arranging the course for you.
