How are AS and A2 subjects combined

I want to pursue medicine in future so should i take 4 AS (bio ,chem ,phy and eng ) followed by 3AL (bio chem phy ) ? or should i take 3 AS and 3 AL how do they calculate your subjects ? i need 3 Alevels ,will they consider my english subject of AS

if you’re in the uk then unis only care about 3 A2 subjects so for you those would be bio chem and physics. They wont care if you’ve got AS English as well as far as I know :smile:
