Looking for a replacement for my broadgate park tenancy. £144.90 a week, 44 week contract for a renovated standard bedroom beginning on September 20. Sharing 2 decent and up-to-date bathrooms between 5 people. I am in urgent need please, I'll even give you £100.

hi! i don’t suppose you’re interested in a studio (or know anyone who might be) at broadgate. it’s £210/week and a 44-week contract. i’d love to take your room but i also need to get rid of my studio

Hi, are you still interested in this? I also have a renovated standard room at broadgate park on a 44 week tenancy. The kitchen is refurbished and you would share 2 bathrooms between 6 people.

Hi, I’m interested in a studio at broadgate. I have the exact same room as the person who originally made the post- it’s a standard enhanced room on a 44 week contract, for £144.90 a week, lmk if ur interested
