Looking for a replacement for my broadgate park tenancy. £144.90 a week, 44 week contract for a renovated standard bedroom beginning on September 20. Sharing 2 decent and up-to-date bathrooms between 5 people. I am in urgent need please, I'll even give you £100.

occupier must be an undergraduate student at the University of Nottingham.
