What's the difference BETWEEN P(A'UB') and P(AUB)'

Don't they both mean neither a or b?

I can't because I don't know the difference , how I see it both mean anything outside the circles

You should be able to draw the diagrams.
A' means outside A
B' means outside B
and their union is ....

Similarly for (AuB)' which is arguably simpler, so outside ....

Hint: The NOT operator takes precedence over the Union operator. Brackets take the highest priority.
