Hi I was just wondering since I study in Penrhyn, if there's any nearby parking, cheapest/free parking advice would be helpful!

I think the best method to use is the physical pay-to-park facilities are installed at Penrhyn Road together with a pay-by-phone system known as 'Parkonomy'. A parking permit would be the cheapest option, however there are limited spaces.
