‘Reverse’

Hello,

Basically I am a 4th yr student in a uni. I just had my placement year and going back to finish my degree. I have applied for SFE from my 1st yr and they have granted me tuition fee loan only and so is for my 2nd yr. I was granted as an EU student with tuition fee loan only - but I am not an EU student (i come from asia) I entered the UK 2017 and went to uni 2021 and i was still holding a ‘Definite leave to remain’ biometric card. When i tried to re apply for my 3rd yr where i also declared that i will extend my uni academic yr due to placement yr and that by the time ill be on my 3rd yr i now hold different status which is ‘indefinite leave to remain’ but it took SFE ages to get back to me and when they did they told me i was uneligible for the loan for the previous years (2021/2022 and 2022/2023) i told them that I already finished those academic year (basically sfe paid those years already) and they said that i have an open case? They ‘might’ reverse the payment from the uni?

It is not my fault that they have mis assessed me as i have provided all my evidences such as passports, and updating my biometric cards. I also told them that my status is a family visa which means i am under my dad who is a british citizen. I was 18 when i entered UK on 2017.

Will SFE really reverse the payment? Does that mean i will not graduate?

I really just want to finish my eduction and sfe is messing this up. I could not afford to pay those tuition fees. This SFE loan is stressing me out. I am so burn out working just to cover my daily expenses.
