I believe my interview was on a Thursday, and I received a call on the following Tuesday confirming the success of my interview and application as a whole. I did not receive my contract for a little while after that, but that's nothing to worry about!

Does your interview tell when you will get answer at the end of your interview?

Yeah, he said (on Thursday) that they were still interviewing Friday and Monday, and I should hear back by the end of the next week. He said if I don’t I should email him directly.

Lads, I did the job simulation for a consulting role in Belfast. I got no update so far.

Need some help here- did my online assessment on the 23rd oct then got an email about the job simulation assessment but it was sent as a ‘reminder’ and that the deadline was approaching (but it was the first I’d heard of it!)!I left it 4 days ready to complete, then went and saw my application had been closed. Whys that? Was the job sim part of the OA and had the same deadline? Or was it a second stage?

Yes, I used Graduates First and found their case study exercises to be really helpful. My main tip would be to go through the assessor's criteria from the GF case studies and to make sure that you're consistently ticking the right boxes.
I also made a phrase bank for the group exercise that I could refer to to hit those targets, as well as checklists for the written task to remind myself of the correct register for who you're addressing, as well as to sign off the email appropriately etc...
It is really hard to know how to prepare and I think that's why RSM employs the exercises and tasks that they do. It sounds cliché, but genuinely just being yourself and giving it your all on the day is going to be just as helpful as the Graduates First prep.

hi. do you know if RSM use the same case study for their virtiual assessment each year. i did mine last week and didnt pass so i am planning on applying again next year and using my feedback to improve.Hope u reply
