Need to change student loan amount as I didn't get accommodation

I didn't get an accommodation, so I need to change my student loan amount. Anyone know how to do this, and how long it'll take? I'm just on some waiting list for accommodations.

Do you mean you need to change your living location? Is this for the 2024/25 academic year? Have you tried to make the change on your online account.

My loan is for living out in London, but I didn't get the accommodation. Hence I want to change my loan to living in London with my parents. What do I do? Do I need to start a new application?

Hi there,

If you contact us directly to request a change of circumstances form you can update the living situation on section 2. You'll be granted the parental home rate.
