I got a C in higher math which was very strange considering I had As in both prelims. Advanced higher math is definitely harder then higher but I honestly love it, I’ve gotten 100% and 95% in both of our tests so far. It’s alottttt of new content so you can excel in it regardless of your higher performance if you really put the effort in. I really enjoyed calculus (integration, differentiation) and that makes up 50% of the adv h paper as you go into more detail on these topics in advanced higher

Last question, what grades do u think ill need to get in glasgow or edinburgh uni

Don’t worry about last question or anything😂😂 I was once in your situation, I really don’t mind helping so don’t feel like you can’t ask me questions. I’ve always wanted to pursue a career in banking so I do have a lot of knowledge in this.

In terms of grades it depends if your adjusted entry or not so I would need to know this to give you an answer

ahaha thank u .For adjusted entry I am for Edinburgh as i go to a flagged school, but I'm pretty sure I don't for the other unis. But for Glasgow I'm probably gonna attend Sutton trust summer school if that helps ig.

Glasgow adjusted:
AABBB by s6
AAAAA by s6 without adjusted (low chance if you don’t do quite well in s5 though)

Edinburgh is very competitive so you wanna get AAABB in s5 regardless of whether ur adjusted

Unis can revoke an unconditional but it’s only when you get like a fail in them all or something. Even if u get like C or something in adv h it will be ok and advanced highers aren’t as bad as you think as long as you study so getting a C won’t be bad don’t worry
