If you used Clearing in 2024, how did you find it?

I am currently studying at Northeastern University (ranked 396 among QS's top universities). The main problem is that 95% of my classmates in my high school got to a university that's ranked 200+ among QS's top universities. (lots of students went to NYU, University of Manchester, etc. top universities) I get a lot of stress every day just thinking about this topic. Like I am not a smart student, I can't get a good job after graduating, etc. This type of stress is killing me every day, Thinking about it when I make lunch, dinner, sleep, just everything.

so the question is, If I get a high GPA, can I transfer to a better university? for example from rank 396 to rank 170.
