How do you define what's a good personal statement?
Whats a better personal statement, one badly worded with lots of supercurriculars and content, or one that's worded beautifully with less supercurriculars and content?

Badly worded with content. I think people forget the number of offers made to overseas students with English as a 4th language and no coaching. The PS should not take endless time, thought or structure and a gazillion revisions.
