A-level Computer Science programming project

I'm in year 12 and i need to start thinking of ideas for my programming project. I had a few ideas that i'll list below, any advice and/or opinions on these ideas would be really helpful. Also, I would like to get an A minimum so would these ideas help me get that grade without spending a ridiculous amount of time on this?

1) A chess game with AI to play against you and with different levels of difficulty
2) A candy crush type game with a couple of boosters and different levels on a map
3) An app that presents recipes based on certain factors such as allergies, what ingredients you have to cook with already, calorie counter and the time it takes to make the recipe

Options 1 and 2 look good although forget the AI component of chess. Checking valid moves, check and check mate is generally enough. Option 3 is ok, but a bit wishy washy. It needs a bit more meat and complexity.
