Bristol Tenancy takeover

Hi, I am currently looking for a student in Bristol to takeover my tenancy at Unite Students Brunel House for the academic year 24/25. The contract is from 14 September 2024 to 6 September 2025.

The rent is £398 per week but the rent is paid in 4 instalments throughout the year.

Is that a typo? According to the Bristol website Brunel is just over £218 a week. Brunel only has en-suites there are no studios either so I’m not sure where you are getting £398 from

Hey there! It is not a typo. Brunel House currently does not have studios because they are all currently sold out / fully occupied.

The £398 (Bills Included) a week figure comes from Unite Students themselves. Unite Students are involved in the tenancy takeover process and all the details will be available to the new tenant before agreement.
