Help needed

My university still havent backdated my attendance and it's now been over 2 months because of this matter I haven't been paid any student finance , I am fully registered with my university.
Any help would be very helpful !!!

Hi there,

You will need to speak to the university to get them to send us your Confirmation of Registration so we can release your Maintenance Loan. They will send this to us electronically. Once received it can take 2-3 working days to update on the system. Once this updates you would be paid in 5 working days if your payment date has passed.

Thanks for getting back to me asap,
Yes I have mentioned this to the university, and they keep saying once we have backdated your attendance we will update it and then contact the relevant departments , so now it's just matter of waiting to see when it hopefully gets sorted out ,because this is my 2nd term payment which I have still haven't been paid and then I have the last one in January 2025 ,then we break up in 10th February 2025 ,
But if for any reason this doesn't get sorted out before my last term payment in January does this me student finance will pay me the whole out standing amount!?? ,because the university still hasn't received any tuition fees ,,
Basically until my attendance records dont get sorted out, this issue will still keep my payment on hold ,because currently I am manually doing my attendance register on paper with my name and student I.d..

What will be the end result taking everything into account due to this whole delay from the university

just quick update, got from the university they said I am fully registered as student on the system, but we need to update your attendance records, because currently we only have manual registration I'm every class .
Now for this reason, they cant send student finance regarding my registration, because they need to backdated my attendance or attendance records.

This very frustrating situation, and I have already missed 2 term student finance payments due to this attendance issue,,
Any help would be helpful and very much appreciated

Hi there,

This is down to the university. We schedule payments and they then release these each term. They can contact our helpline directly if they require assistance releasing these. Thanks, Jason
