Problem with KCL email ID

Hi guys, I'm having a problem with my KCL email ID. So I received the Moving-In slot e-mail as well as an e-mail about the KCLSU on my personal outlook ID instead of my KCL ID. I don't understand how this happened at all,,, the only place I've linked my personal to the KCL one is as a backup email,,, but I'd STILL understand if I received messages on both, but it was just on my personal.
