RAF Electrician apprenticeship

Hi, I have applied to do an Electrician apprenticeship with the RAF. I haven’t heard back and I know it can take ages but I want to find out a rough timescale and when I can expect to hear. There doesn’t seem to be a ‘chat’ option on the recruitment website or a number to call. I’d also be interested in applying for a different one if the electrician one takes too long

Do you understand what you are undertaking?

You don't apply to do an apprenticeship in the RAF; you apply for a particular role and you earn an apprenticeship by completing specialist and on-the-job training. You will be committed to doing this job for a certain number of years, so make sure if is something you want to do; don't go swapping between jobs to get in quicker because your application could be delayed or stopped at any stage, from DAA to interview to medical etc.
