Help @uniofsalford + @studentfinance

Hi so basically I changed my uni and course last minute to Salford on my student finance account and now it’s reassessing what I get. I’m entitled to both and had been given both but now it’s been reassessed because I changed. But I need to register by today at salford. Idk how to deal with this? Help please

Hi there,

Did you make the Change on your online account or did you upload a Change of Circumstances form? Have you applied as a UK national, Migrant Worker or EU national? Do you have any child dependents on your application?

Basically I’m a uk student I was at the stage of receive payments right. But I changed via online my course and uni and it’s gone to reassessing and I can’t get past the registration to be a enrolled student at salford ? So idk what to do

Hi there,

If you made the change on your online account it is taking approximately 31 working days to process from the date it is received. You will need to allow more time for it to be processed.

Try speaking to our course enquiries team to discuss this situation a little further, they should be able to direct you to the right team who may be able to advise on your unique situation.

To email our course enquiries teams it would be [email protected] they take up to five days to respond to any email.

You can also give them a call on 0161 295 4545 between the hours of 10am and 4pm, Monday - Friday.
