University or degree apprenticeships

I want to study midwifery but I don't know whether there's more benefits to a degree apprenticeship over university.

Degree apprenticeship:
- learn
- placement
- wages (a low rate, but it's still money)
- don't have to worry as much (if at all) about tution fees
- a degree

University:
- learn
-placement
- £9250x 3. (+ Accommodation fees)
- degree.

With both, the end result is the same. Apprenticeships are slightly less common, but are still often led by universities. You get paid to get a degree essentially. The only reason I didn't do a degree apprenticeship was because nowhere near me did them and I didn't want to pay for accommodation (instead I'm going to a local uni and still paying accommodation fees. Lol 🙄)

Hi, did u end up applying for a degree apprenticeship for midwifery?? I want to apply aswell, however I’m about to finish yr 13 rn and I do acknowledge that it’s very late to apply. I’ll still try though for the next year.
