tuesday 24th september 2024:
bonjour!!
wishing you all a fantastic start to the academic year 😀
freshers last week was absolutely jam packed so apologies for the radio silence!
my first day of lectures was yesterday, and then went out with a few friends for coffee and to study. overall, it was a really interesting and great first day, but was VERY tiring 😅 today is more about getting stuck into the content rather than introductions, all the staff have been lovely so far!!
today's to-do list:
✅❌ french oral and written grammar notes
✅❌ introduction to international politics reading/notes
✅❌ doing international politics reading/notes

bonjour!!
today I only have one seminar and then I am going out with a couple of friends later on, which should be nice! I can't believe that October is literally next week, time is FLYING 😅
✅ intro to international politics seminar prep/notes
✅❌ written grammar and expression review
tomorrow I have no classes so will mostly focus on week 2 reading/prep then ⭐️📖

today has been quite a chilled day - did some work on my notes/readings and did a little bit of sightseeing with a friend, which was lovely!! definitely starting to find my feet now in terms of uni content and routine, looking forward to getting a bit more stuck in this week

the pantheon!! we went inside down to the crypt as lots of famous politicians/other figures are buried there as well as climbing up to the top, where the view of Paris was amazing 😆
