Trans and starting college tomorrow

Firstly I'd like to preface this by saying I'm mostly afraid of what people will think about me and the fact I might get targeted for being me. I'm a trans woman, out and on HRT. I don't pass much at all, I dress fem and look fem, but I don't look like a girl (mainly my hair being not very long). I start on my Travel & Tourism course tomorrow and I'm actually horrified of being judged by people. I would desperately love to hear some peoples stories of how their first days at specifically college as a trans person have been, I really need something to settle my nerves. What should I even expect to happen tomorrow..? TYIA, <3

Honestly everyone’s journey is different so I couldn’t really help with letting you know what to expect but I have studied that course and the teachers were really sweet and helpful. As one of my teachers was gay and some of the students were as well so it was quite a safe place for them when we had class. But if anything does happen then you can always tell your teachers, but I do hope everything goes well for you. Just be yourself and don’t change for anyone.🩷
