dropping physics y13

Is it possible to drop an a level in y13 as I’m doing 3 and I want to drop physics and maybe do an extra year doing a different a level is this possible and if so if I applied to oxford would they view me differently for doing this
You would be competing for a place against people who are taking or have taken three A levels or the IB all in one go, not two A levels and then one. You might place yourself at a competitive disadvantage by doing two and then one.

Do you wish to drop Physics because of the workload, or because you do not like and/or are not doing well in Physics? If workload is the issue, Oxford might not be the right university for you. The undergraduate workload at Oxford is not as extreme as some claim, and there is still time for rest and fun, but the workload is quite demanding.

because I'm not doing so well I do believe I have time to improve but I'm worried I will not achieve an A in the end

What subject would you like to study at university? What other subjects are you presently studying at A level? Which subject would you propose to study if you drop physics?

id like to study ppe at Oxford but now I'm considering applying for a foundation year but I'm worried as only 8 places are given, I do psychology and economics and if I was to drop physics I maybe would take politics or history
