Tenancy Replacement - Bristol urgent

Hi, I am currently looking for a student in Bristol to takeover my tenancy at Unite Students Brunel House for the academic year 24/25. The contract is from 14 September 2024 to 6 September 2025. The room is a Studio Apartment which are currently sold out on their website.

The rent is £398 per week (bills included, no deposit required) but the rent is paid in 4 instalments throughout the year.
