If you used Clearing in 2024, how did you find it?

student loans and 'overdue charges' on student homepage

I am going to glasgow next week and so am currently sorting out all the last bits of admin and stuff i need to do. I just realised when i look at the finances section on the student homepage it says i have outstanding charges of 9250, but i have a student loan to cover tuition. I have checked on my student finance england account and it says i have no actions that need completing and that my student finance loans are all sorted. This is stressing me out and i just feel like all the application/ admin stuff is so so complicated and nothing is layed out clearly or explained, im doing this all on my own and its like they expect us to have done it all before and know exactly what we are meant to do. any advice would be greatly appreciated

Mine is the same! I'm guessing once we start the fees on there will paid by the SLC, but if its still stuck there is a student fiances team at the university who could probably help out if something's wrong. We'll find out together lol
