Higher biology

Hi can anyone who got an A in higher biology reply to this and please tell me how you revised for it. I’m wanting to do medicine so I need an A. I’ve done unit 1 so far. Unit 3 looks very difficult but us this really the case? Also are the exams like really hard or manageable.

Congrats on ur nat 5 grade u did so well omds, just replying as i would like to know too. I’m taking it next year and i’m not very confident that i’ll get an A as i got a C6 in nat 5 but i think it’s cause my teacher was so terrible

Hi, I got an A in Higher Bio in 2023.
For me, I found unit 3 the easiest out of the 3, but u may think different.
I really struggled w problem solving, so i went through every problem solving question in every past paper since 2000.
they tend to repeat questions, so this really helped boost my grade.
I also used Knowunity for notes on certain topics, which i used as a tool for revision.
and i did loads of ppq's, best of luck :smile:
