Hi there,

I hope you've managed to get settled in and meet people in your accommodation!
Although a lot of people put pressure on finding friends within their accommodation, in my experience it is much easier to meet people with similar interests through societies and sports clubs. There is 52 sports clubs on offer, from completely beginner/ recreational teams right up to high level competitive teams. There is hundreds of societies as well, from course related ones to baking, F1 or rocketry.

All the best with your time at Glasgow!
