What universities to apply for

Im in Year 13 right now and I have been predicted 4As in Chemistry, Biology, Psychology and an A in core maths which is AS level maths but my school does it across 2 years but I'm confident I will get an A
My Gsces weren't as strong because I moved schools - found it hard to settle in to begin with in Yr10.
English Lang 6 French 6
English Li 7. Rs 7
Maths 6 History 7
Combined science 8:8 Geography 7
I did UCAT and got a score of 2500 and Band 2 not the best but where do you think I should apply I want to be strategic - any safe options
I have relevent work experience and thinking of universities of Keele, Sunderland - but its quite far from where I live, Lancaster and Kent and Midway but Im thinking that Kent and Keele - could be a tad risky - any other safer options
