does this count as volunteering?

is volunteering compulsory in a med application??? im applying for med 2025 and im worried bc i dont really have a form of volunteering but i did help my dsd out in his shop abt once a week. does that count as volunteering? what things count as volunteering?

Not sure if it is compulsory for your course but it’s always good to have. I would not mention it’s your dads. If you decide to put it just say you volunteered at a shop. It’s always useful to have on an application.
