Royal holloway contact

Does anyone know what’s happening with royal holloway. I’ve been trying to reach out to them for clearing and the lines have been held up for ages. I even tried calling both the admissions and clearing line as soon as the clearing line had opened at 10 and I am still on hold for around an hour now. I’ve even tried emailing the other day and still no response. I would particularly like to receive an offer before the start of this term and I am quite desperate. Is there any other place I can make immediate contact with Royal Holloway and get a response as soon as possible. Thank you for your time
