Transposing formulae involving division and indices

Hi all,

I am currently doing a HNC but am trying to refresh my memory on algebra and rearranging formulae, particularly involving indices

I am trying to simplify the following and would appreciate some help.

LT^(-2) / L^(2)T^(-3)

P.s what's the best way to write equations for ease of reading on a forum like this?

I've worked it out to be L^(-1)T. Is this correct?

looks good to me - assuming that T^(-3) is on the denominator of the original fraction
