CAS reissue

Hi,

If anyone from MMU can see this, please help.

I have tried to escalate this isse by emailing the CAS team, preenrolment, the head of department, pbs reporting and visa compliance.

Uni is due to resume 23rd Sept and MMU is yet to reissue my CAS. I have paid my full fees, I just need a CAS number for my visa application. I have called and my sis even visited the student hub. One staff member was rude to her asking her to leave the premises as she was not a student. That is not the friendly team advertised.

I just need urgent support with this. Anyone please?

I wonder how quickly this will be resolved. I have lost significant time and very anxious now. I did say I could do priority student visa if the CAS was issued this week. Of you, can escalate. I have tried everything. I guess I’m out of time now.
