SFE exemption courses funding with MA

Hi just wondering if anyone can help me with this query. I'm aware SFE fund second undergraduate degrees from a select list of exception courses such as healthcare and AHP courses. I'm just wondering if this is still the case if you hold a previous undergraduate degree as well as an MA degree too - my situation is, years ago completed a BA degree in Psychological Studies and then went on to do my MA in Forensic Psychological Studies
so my question is - is this still eligible to apply for funding for a 2nd undergrad degree in midwifery or any of the exception courses or not?
