Just to clarify the course I am interested in and have been offered a position in is at Kingston university

Hi iqra15,

I can confirm that if you plan to study this course part time it is an exception course and you will be eligible for funding.

Hi amazing thank you so much,

Would you be able to advise why the student finance chat said I’m not elegible m, would I be eligible for any maintenance with the second degree or is it just for tuition fees?

In addition to this I have one more question which is

Kingston also offers a criminology and forensic psychology course would you be able to advise if this is also an exception course or would it just be for forensic psychology

Many thanks for your prompt responses
Hi iqra15,

You would also be eligible for a part time maintenance loan.

I can't see this course listed on our database so I would be unable to advise if this is also an exception.

Thanks,
Calum

Thank you

The course is titled Criminology and Forensic Psychology BSc (Hons) if that helps

A lot of the core modules are the same with a few changes

In terms of the maintenance loan, if I have already submitted an application for the tuition fees can I add this on now or isit too late?
Hi iqra15,

I can only see this course listed as full time? If the course is full time it would not be an exception.

The deadline to make any changes to your application is 9 months after the start of the academic year so you still have time.

Thanks,
Calum

Hi

The course

Criminology and Forensic Psychology BSc (Hons) Has a 6 year part time option which has been offered to me as a switch from forensic psychology if I would want to take it up

So if it was apart time would it be eligible as I know it’s not that clear on what is an exception and what isn’t so wanted clarity before I made a final decision.
Hi iqra15,

The course would need to be visible on our database with a specific code to be eligible, if I cannot see the course listed I cannot confirm this.

Thanks,
Calum
