Hi: No, it's not a hostel. It's a third party residence for university students, private room with en suite bathroom and shared kitchen. The lease runs from September to August 30th. Because I'm prepared to absorb the payments I've already made (totally £3,765) the cost to the person who takes the accommodation would be £10,710 from now to August 30, 2025 which works out to £206 per week (instead of the £280 a week that I agreed to pay). If you look at the link in the original post you will be able to see what it looks like.
