Classics related work experience

I’m interested in doing Classics at university and am not sure what work experience I could do that relates to this subject area. If anyone has done any work experience that relates to Classics then what did you do? Any recommendations would be helpful!!

Hi, I personally didn’t do any work experience because of a lack of opportunities in my area. However, I did apply to volunteer at my local museum, an art museum, my city’s main museum, and at libraries. You could also look into archaeology clubs, book clubs, history clubs, or language clubs, or tutoring in history/English, all of which have transferable skills that relate to classics.

If you do not manage to secure work experience, I’d recommend doing a personal research project on a topic you’re interested in, reading widely, comparing ancient media to modern media, and attending online classics lectures (which are often free and frequent!!)
