is this a sign that someone snitched on me to the police?

basically we have these new neighbours and the whole family snitched on me to each other their noisy
and i have feeling they snitched to blackmail me into making them feel better than me, normally police cars have been on the road but i have a feeling its because of them
my sister said they they may secretly be their friend
and one time the driver stared at me

It sounds like you are being paranoid, especially if they haven't spoken to you

yeah but the neighbours are acting supsicous

like when a family member looks at me they snitch about me also everytime they see me they look a long time
also one day my dad was cleaning and a lady who is like them snitched on us and it and looked angry
and when someone comes to their house they talk alot of bad things abt me and then they just stare at me
