Had an electric shock through my heart-meaning

I was walking back from work to catch my train.

I just had a sudden electric shock through my heart, vein etc.

I am fine.

Does anyone know what this could indicate?

Go and speak to your own GP regarding this situation asap, even if you have to have a telephone consultation first then do so as your GP will tell you what they do next.
