Social Work Placement Planners for 70 & 100 day placements
I’m not sure if this allowed, so I know a mod will delete if not, but having graduated in 2019, I created these placement planners for 70 & 100 day placement for undergrad and masters social work students, as it was something I desperately would’ve loved to ensure I had absolutely everything covered for my placement portfolio/planning learning documentation.
You can use it like a daily diary, reflection on week, plan and record all supervision sessions (set agenda, case discussion, signed, dated and time recorded and map to PCFs, initial/interim/end of placement meetings with your practice learning team, log training, identify PCF domains and collate evidence which is dated, and identify gaps in PCF domains to target your opportunities, and plan direct observations etc. Lots of space for notes, key dates etc.
