I have completed my rts check but no further updates

I have completed my rts check but I have not received any further communication. When contacted they said there is some error on the enrollment page.

My doubt is can I collect the ID card?

Coventry University Student Ambassador Here,
on completing the RTS you would need to complete the enrolment process here.
After this please head to Priory Hall situated near The Hub to get your student id made.
The website might crash or slow down due to high number of applicants trying to enrol at the same time as it usually gets really busy around this year. I would recommend you keep trying by re logging into it. Although if it doesn't get sorted out, you can try visiting the Digital IT services situated inside the library, they do walk-in appointments which would might be more convenient for you. As you can drop in any time of the day!

Actually it is said there some error in enrollment portal. Could you please help somehow. They are telling it will take time to get it done.

I hope you are doing well. Once you are done with the RTS check you need to proceed with your enrolment and get yourself enrolled you can do that by visiting https://enrol.coventry.ac.uk/enrolmentportal/s/login/?ec=302&startURL=%2Fenrolmentportal%2Fs%2F. After That you will get mail by the univeristy and will be called to collect your ID.

For January intake students, the RTS (Re-enrolment Tracking System) checks for returning students in the university's student portal. You’ll typically receive the re-enrolment link via your student email once your returning status is confirmed. This process generally takes place in early December, but the exact timing may vary. Be sure to regularly check your email and student portal for updates, and reach out to your academic advisor if you encounter any issues with the re-enrolment process.
