In need of accommodation

Hello,

Myself and a friend are in desperate need of somewhere to live. We're both Goldsmiths students in New Cross in London. Ideally looking for an affordable studio to share (max budget is £280pw) or a twin room etc. If anyone knows of anything of that sort in south east london, or needs 2 new flat mates please please please get in contact/reply.
EDIT: We are looking for somewhere TOGETHER. Anything that is for one person/one student is useless to us I'm afraid!

Hi, I have a studio tenancy takeover for students until mid July, rate is £285 a week. It's in Ladywell/Lewisham. If this is something which you can do and you're interested, let me know. It's for one person (double bed) so I know this may not match your requirements, so no worries if not.

Hi I have an en-suite room in student private accom Vita student, it is only for 1 student however if you are interested I can get in contact with Vita to see if there are any other rooms available for your friend. It is 10 minutes from Goldsmiths 75% of students here are from Goldsmiths!

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in Stratford One for the contract. It’s the 19th floor looking out to the city, not the Westfield side. It’s only for a single person but I know there are others in the building trying to find replacement tenants also!
