Sometimes when I sleep I have this shock on my body as if I have an eletric shock and it makes me wake up

randomly waking up feeling like ur falling or something when ur on the verge of going to sleep happens... is what ur experiencing anything like that?

yes the first one but it feels some eletric wave telling me that i should be awake
