If you used Clearing in 2024, how did you find it?

I got an email about my move in date being the 22nd even though the uni page says that international students can move in on the 18th. When I asked about it through email I was told that I would have to pay for moving in early. I just wanted to confirm that information since none of that is mentioned on the uni site..? And there was a warning under the mail about clicking any links included so I just wanted to double check with someone :smile:
