Which university do you consider to be the most prestigious in Europe?

You've asked us to evaluate "distance" without specifying distance from where. So I'm not really sure you're going to be able to get help with this.

Also prestige isn't a very meaningful metric and also not one that has a standard universally accepted definition, so you're going to get wildly different opinions from different people.

Finally many universities in Europe don't teach in English so your experience of "quality of teaching" may well depend on which language(s) you speak...?
