Hey! I’m currently looking for someone to takeover my contract as soon as possible. The flat is at Hayloft Point a KCL student accommodation however it’s open to everyone. It’s £395 per week with access to a gym, various study spaces, an entertainment room all included in the rent. Hayloft is located three minutes (walk) from Aldgate station and is a 15 minute tube ride to Coventry garden. The flat is an en-suite room with a shared kitchen with lovely and quiet flatmates. Hi. The room has Londonist as its agency. It's 250 deposit, with 1000 ingoing and another 2000 to pay between December and Feb. Let me know if you would like the agents number
