Are my A-Levels too weird?

I have just started year 12, and have taken maths, econ, philosophy and spanish. i wanted vary in my subjects and chose ones i enjoy, and i hope to study law, so i made sure i took an essay subject. but so far ive been hating maths so much and i know im gonna struggle. i got a 9 at gcse but just about and i strugled to get it. if i drop it, will my subject choices seem to varied and weird or would it sound okay without maths? i know that if i continue to hate maths like i am right now its gonna make my life a living and it will take time away from my other things. should i drop?

as you’re only on year 12 i’d say give it till xmas cause you might do another topic in maths that you really like but if you hate it all then there’s no point in doing it, for law you really don’t need anything specific as you said you’ve done one essay a level and that all they’d look for so fine!
Drop Maths. If its clear that you are not going to enjoy it by half-term or Christmas or whatever, talk to your school/college about dropping it. Stick with the subjects that you do enjoy, and focus on those.

No University prefers 4 A levels - and whilst there are specific degree subjects that require Maths, this doesnt include subjects like Law, Politics, Philosophy, Theology, Anthropology, Social Policy etc etc - all of which can be combined with Spanish or with a Spanish study abroad option.
Nah, your options are cool. I do Phil and French, as well as Latin. Always glad to see someone taking a language!
I would also recommend dropping maths - it only gets harder, and test results when you struggle can be really demotivating. Don't push yourself beyond limits.
