Is advanced higher maths similar to advanced high statistics.
Hi, I got AAABB in S5 higher A in maths, cs and physics, Right now I take AH maths cs and Stats in S6. Does Edinburgh uni consider Statistics and maths to be similar subjects, cause if I get an A in stats I that would be 4As and would be me meeting the entry requirements, or should I take another subject. Applying to Electronics and computer science.

You do not need to take 4 AHs to get into Edinburgh (or any AHs). They want 5 As at Higher at first sitting, which you didn't achieve but can make up for it in S6. Your AHs are fine and it is probably wise to do a subject like Stats as a 4th AH because it is so similar to Maths.
