Hi so for one of my performances I’m doing swimming but i don’t know what distance to do.Its either 50m free or 100m free . I don’t club swim but used to cross train swimming when I was younger so can tumble turn some what and dive well.
We did time trials and I swam the 50 first in 37.3 and then very soon after (aka not fully recovered) I did 100 m in 86.6.
I know thease times aren’t amazing but what do you think is going to get me the highest mark? Thank you
