I want to study nursing at uni and was wondering whether many unis accept this qualification instead, as in my alevels I only got 2 Cs and a D.
I don't recall ever having seen Certificate of Higher Education (CertHE) listed amongst the qualifications accepted by universities. That's probably because it's a Level 4 qualification, which is therefore actually above the qualifications they're looking for (A levels, BTECs, T levels etc. are all Level 3 qualifications). Is the CertHE in nursing, or a similar field?
It also worth pointing out that your CCD grades are worth 88 UCAS points. I happen to know that Nottingham Trent's Nursing (Adult) BSc (Hons) degree (at their Clifton Campus) is in Clearing right now, where the ask is just 80 UCAS points (instead of the usual 112) - see here. There may well be other similar courses elsewhere with similar requirements - so don't discount those A levels so casually!

Do you mean like HE Access course? As all universities accept them. If you go to qualification section on website and scroll further down pass the A level section there should be alternative qualifications the accept.
